Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY:

Courier:

We use the courier guy as our main courier of choice. 

Domestic Shipping:

Domestic shipping is R90 (up to 2kg) and an additional R40 is added per kg there after. Delivery time with take between 2-7 business days (during sales & product launches, it can take up to 10 business days). Please note that the shipping fee will be added onto your order

  • (except for during sales or product launches, please expect up to 10 business days) 
  • Surcharge: In rare instances, for high-risk/ outlaying areas, the couriers might add a surcharge- this surcharge will be communicated with the customer and surcharge will have to be covered by the customer
  • Courier is unable to reach the customer for delivery: in instances, where the courier and Skin Jems Cosmetics is trying to get a hold of the customer to arrange delivery, but the customer does not respond on time, the order is returned to our warehouse, the cost of-re-issuing the parcel is for the customer's account.

Third-party Shipping:

If you purchased one of our products from a third-party company (takealot or amazon.co.za) please refer directly to their website/your order confirmation receipt to obtain shipping details and/or parcel tracking. If a delivery is late, please contact the third- party company to follow up on your order. Skin Jems Cosmetics (PTY) Ltd cannot be held liable for late delivery made by the third-party.

International shipping:

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping packaging:

We take extra precaution to ensure that our glass products are safely delivered to our customers by wrapping them in SFK cardboard to avoid breakage. We have also opted for gum tape as an eco-friendly alternative to plastic cellotape. Please refer to our Refund Policy to learn more.
